Colm has expertise in providing solutions to clients’ legal problems and has developed the practice to offer legal advice and expertise in a friendly and cost effective manner.
Jillian O’Shea

Jillian O’Shea is Head of our Litigation Department.
Jillian trained with Colm O’Cochlain & Company Solicitors. She has since gained over eight years qualified experience representing clients before the District, Circuit and Superior Courts. She specialises in personal injuries actions arising out of Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work & Public Liability Accidents as well as Medical Negligence actions. She has extensive knowledge of the Injuries Board process and Court Practice & Procedure. Jillian also advises clients and provides representation in relation Family Law matters, Debt Collection, Commercial Litigation, Defamation and Licensing matters.
Lorainne Kane
Solicitor
Lorraine graduated from UCD with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Business and Legal Studies in 2001. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in January 2006. Lorraine joined the firm in August 2016 having previously worked for a number of Dublin firms as well as one of the country’s largest financial institutions. Lorraine has extensive experience in running both residential and commercial transactions. She advises clients in relation to property matters including selling, buying and re-mortgaging residential and commercial property, as well as Landlord and Tenant issues
Odran Rochford

Odran Rochford joined Colm O'Cochlain and Company in January 2011 and has over 20 years experience in general practice. Odran specialises in Wills and Probate and Road Traffic Offences.
Jenny Monaghan

Jenny has been employed by Colm O’Cochlain and Company Solicitors since we opened our office in August 2004. Since then she gained valuable experience in our Conveyancing Department. Jenny looks after house sales, re-mortgages and house purchases along with our Conveyancing Department. Whether you are buying, re-mortgaging or selling Jenny is committed to providing a client focused efficient and effective service.

Pamela Minogue has been with Colm O’Cochlain since 2014, she has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with conveyancing issues. She has specific expertise in working with purchasers and vendors on new developments. She has a valuable array of experience and knowledge in the conveyancing department and is a valued member of the team.
Jasmine Groves
Administrator
Jasmine joined Colm O’Cochlain in 2016 as an Administrator. Her role focuses on liaising with clients, banks and solicitor’s offices to help keep communication and the overall conveyancing process flowing. Jasmine has previous customer service experience and has gained many transferable skills from her time as a Personal Assistant, to the CEO of a Market Access Consultancy. Jasmine works closely with all members of the conveyancing team and also provides additional support in other areas of the company.

Sarah-Jane joined our team in 2016 as our receptionist. Sarah-Jane has extensive customer service experience. She recently joined the conveyancing department as legal assistant to Lorraine Kane focusing on liaising with client’s, solicitors and banks.
