Colm is the principal Solicitor in Colm O’Cochlain & Co. He established the practice in 2004 and has expertise in all areas of general practice law but specialises in Commercial Leases, Employment Law, Wills and Probate Law to include Enduring Powers of Attorney and Ward of Court applications.

Colette Young

Conveyancing Solicitor

Colette qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has worked predominantly in the area of conveyancing since qualification. She obtained the Law Society of Ireland Certificate in Conveyancing in 2021 and Diploma in Commercial Property in 2022. She joined Colm O’Cochlain & Co. in 2022

Ornagh Burke

Conveyancing Solicitor

Ornagh joined Colm O’Cochlain & Co. Solicitors in 2023. She has extensive experience in general practice and advising clients on a number of private client areas. She is working predominantly in the area of Conveyancing and Probate and has years of experience since being admitted to the Role of Solicitors in 2011. Ornagh holds a Diploma in Trusts and Estate Planning from the Law Society of Ireland.

Jenny has worked at Colm O’Cochlain & Co. Solicitors since we opened in August 2004. She has over 10 years experience in all areas of Conveyancing to include house purchases, sales and re-mortgages.

Operations Manager

Sarah-Jane is in charge of operations in our conveyancing department working closely with the Head of Conveyancing. She has a strong background in management with over 10 years in operations and management.

Eamonn Keenan

Eamonn Keenan has been a practising solicitor and member of the Law Society since September 1980. He is a former chairman and current member of The Law Society Technology Committee and current chairman of the Law Society E-Conveyancing Task Force.

He has been practicing in Walkinstown since 1986 and was the Principal Solicitor of Sexton Keenan until it closed 30 November 2023. He is now a Consultant Solicitor with Colm O’Cochlain in Tallaght. He has extensive legal experience. His main area of speciality has been in Commercial Property, Commercial Disputes, Residential Property, Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates, Landlord & Tenant, Litigation (all types of Civil Litigation, Accidents, Employment, Contract, Debt collection and Family Law) and Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wardship.

Michelle Quinn

Solicitor

Michelle joined Colm O'Cochlain & Co. Solicitors in 2020 having previously worked in the litigation department of a leading medical negligence law firm. Michelle is the Head of the Litigation department and deals with a wide range of claims including personal injury arising from employer's liability, public liability, motor liability and product liability, professional and medical negligence, defamation, commercial disputes, and property damage claims. Michelle previously worked for a large insurance company where she acquired considerable experience in defence litigation, and she now advises insurers and self-insured companies in the defence of personal injury actions.

Barra O’Cochlain

Solicitor

Barra joined Colm O’Cochlain & Co. Solicitors in 2018 and is a senior associate solicitor and heads up the Family Law Department. He has considerable expertise in advising clients in divorces, judicial separations and civil partnerships. Barra also specialises in Litigation and is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar association, being vice chairman of the litigation committee. He also sits on the Superior Court Users Committee which is the liaison between the legal profession in Dublin and the Courts Services.

Jacqueline Crean

Legal Executive

Jacqueline completed the LLB Postgraduate Degree in The National University of Ireland Galway in May 2018 and joined our team in July 2018. Jacqueline is in our Probate department, assisting Colm with the administration of estates, creating Enduring Power of Attorneys and dealing with Ward of Courtship.
